Purchase of a physical product does not grant reproduction rights.

  • Train, fine-tune, or develop artificial intelligence or machine learning models, systems, or datasets using any artwork, images, character designs, or other content from this site, in whole or in part, by any method

FAN-INSPIRED PRODUCTS
Certain products may be inspired by third-party intellectual property. Pretty Creative Studios does not claim ownership of any third-party trademarks or copyrights. Fan-inspired products are original artistic interpretations and are not official, licensed, or affiliated merchandise.

DESIGN PROTECTION AND ENFORCEMENT

We actively monitor for infringement and reserve the right to pursue:

  • Marketplace enforcement claims
  • Cease and desist actions
  • Legal remedies where appropriate

RESALE RESTRICTIONS

Total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product in question.

PRODUCT SAFETY
Keychains and accessories may contain small parts and are intended for decorative use. They are not suitable for children under 3 years of age. Customers assume responsibility for safe use and supervision.

GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Illinois.
