SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for shopping with Pretty Creative Studios. Please read our shipping policy carefully before placing your order.

 

PROCESSING TIME

All orders are processed within 3-5 business days of purchase. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

 

Please note that our products may ship from more than one source. Some items are handcrafted in-house and ship from Chicago, IL, while others are fulfilled by third-party manufacturers and may ship from a different location or country. Manufacturer-fulfilled items may have longer transit times than in-house items; estimated delivery for these products is typically 2-4 weeks from the date of order.

 

If your order contains items from multiple sources, you will receive separate tracking information for each shipment. During high-volume periods such as launches or sales, processing times may be slightly longer. We will communicate any delays via email and/or on social media.

 

SHIPPING CARRIERS

We ship via USPS, UPS, and FedEx. The carrier used for your order will depend on your location and the most efficient option available at the time of shipment unless you specify otherwise at checkout. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order weight, dimensions, and destination.

 

DOMESTIC SHIPPING (United States)

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Estimated delivery times after dispatch are as follows:

  • Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days

  • Overnight Shipping: 1 business day (where available)


Delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Pretty Creative Studios is not responsible for carrier delays.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We ship internationally, hooray!. International shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location.

Please be aware of the following:

  • International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and fees imposed by your country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not included in your order total or shipping cost.

  • Pretty Creative Studios is not responsible for customs delays, duties, or fees.

  • Delivery times for international orders vary by destination and carrier. Estimated delivery is typically 7-21 business days after dispatch, though delays may occur due to customs processing.


If you are unsure about your country's import policies, we recommend checking with your local customs office before placing an order.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this number to track your order directly through the carrier's website.

If your tracking information has not updated in 14 days or your package shows as delivered but has not arrived, please contact us at hello@prettycreativestudios.com and we will do our best to help resolve the situation.


INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. Pretty Creative Studios is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly entered address. If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us immediately at hello@prettycreativestudios.com. We will do our best to update your address before dispatch, but we cannot guarantee changes can be made once an order is in processing.
